A casual space, the Pastry boutique offers home-made, freshly baked bread such as grissini focaccia, pastries with seasonal fruits and other original recipes from our Chef as well as an assortment of delicatessen products, such as sumptuous olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Modeled after a little Kyoto-style house, Touzan offers authentic Japanese cuisine. Particular about flavorful and authentic charcoal-grilled dishes, we proudly offer a chef’s menu featuring ingredients selected carefully from Kyoto and all over Japan.
