This is a neighborhood of one, two and three bedroom luxury rooms and suites. Beach Village room or suite includes a fireplace, marble bathroom, and patio or balcony for enjoying the view. Suites also feature gourmet kitchens and living rooms, some with outdoor soaking tubs or fire pits.

Cottages are located in the front row and villas are located in the back row of buildings. Cottage accommodations labeled as beachfront are on the ground floor while oceanfront accommodations are on the second floor. The desired room or suite should be reserved at time of booking as upgrades on arrival are extremely limited.
