• A dedicated Villa ambassador.
• À la carte breakfast prepared in the villa by a private chef, with orders placed the evening before (approximately one hour of service).
• Chianti wine Tasting in the Villa.
• Pizza making experience in the Villa.
• Transfers between Villa San Luigi and COMO Castello Del Nero (advanced booking required).
• Use of the tennis and padel courts at COMO Castello Del Nero.
• Complimentary daily scheduled Pilates or yoga classes at COMO Castello Del Nero (booking required).
• Mini bar with tea and coffee making facilities.
• Daily housekeeping.
• Private transfer to/from Florence airport or train station.

• Prices are inclusive of VAT.
• A city tax of €4 per person per night for the first seven nights applies (children under 14 years are excluded). City tax is subject to change.
• A 20% non-refundable deposit will be taken at time of booking. Outstanding payments required 30 days prior to arrival.
• 20% cancellation applies for booking cancelled up to 28 days before arrival.
• Reservations cancelled within 28 days of the date of arrival will be charged 100%t of the cost of booking including tax.
