Simply outstanding!
September
Pros: Staff, ship, excursions, food, spa, gym, room service, shows
Cons: Small room, last on the list to book excursions, no binoculars
Recommended: Yes
We saw and learned so much in the two weeks on this beautiful ship. I struggled to think of cons. Other guests were a pleasure to get to know. Even our one rainy day was so much fun. Highly recommend!

Cruising the Med in Style!
August
Pros: Great food and service, excellent tours, perfect weather, first class spa
Cons: Most tour guides did not take into account the mobility-impaired guests.
Recommended: Yes
We had a lovely time, but noticed that mobility-impaired guests were at a distinct disadvantage during tours. As noted above, we had TWO guides during the entire trip who actually paid attention to folks who had a hard time keeping up. Tours specifically designed for those folks would be preferable. Would have loved more time in Monaco, Croatia and Montenegro.

July
Pros: Very well organized, awesome crew at every level, clean, beautiful and elegant ship
Cons: None!
Recommended: Yes
Viking really takes good care of their guests. This is a wonderful cruise for relaxing and having a good time as well. There’s always room to enjoy the amenities since there are only 900 or so passengers, no waiting in long lines anywhere on the ship.

Viking Jupiter
July
Pros: Beautiful ship, great staff, lots of restaurants, good food, good entertainment, nice small ship
Cons:
Recommended: Yes
We enjoyed our time spent on Viking Jupiter. The ship had all the amenities that suited us and we had very smooth sailing the entire trip. There were plenty spaces where you could enjoy reading a book or just people watching.

JHS/JCA review of recent travel experience
September
Pros: The ship was in great shape. The layout and thoughtful design is something to behold.
Cons: Having trouble coming up with anything I did not like. Perhaps the security we had to go through each time we returned from a tour
Recommended: Yes
This is my second experience with Viking and first ocean cruise. Level of passenger care was exceptional. Your staff is so well trained to provide the highest level of customer service. We also extended with Viking in Rome. We experienced professional transfers from out neighborhood hotel to the center of the city. Great staff from Viking at the hotel and also at the airport. This was a very pleasant surprise and much appreciated.

Best Cruise Line Ever
April
Pros: Service, Accommodations, Food, Staff/Crew
Cons: Included post COVID shore excursions seemed less comprehensive than pre COVID
Recommended: Yes
Viking has ruined us for any other cruise line. They are simply top notch in everything they do! Impeccable accommodations and food, courteous, efficient crew, less than 900 passengers on ocean voyages. Honestly, it was a stretch to find a con. Viking is obviously more expensive than many other cruise lines, but definitely worth every penny!
