Northeast coast and Canada cruise
September
Pros: Electronic medalions for services on ship
Cons: Slow transfer from airport to ship, overwhelming number of people trying to get to ships that day, Boston Mass.
Recommended: Yes
Very good entertainment on ship during our 10 day cruise. We had a very good cabin steward always took care of room quickly when we were out or requested.

Greenland and Canada
August
Pros: You will feel like you've been to the outer edges of the earth once you reach Greenland. The fiords, ice bergs, and jelly bean colored fishing villages are like nothing I've ever experienced. We were hoping to see the Northern Lights, but that didn't happen. Some on our cruise saw whales, but the best I managed was to see a school of porpoises.
Cons: Take note that it's tricky to get into the ports in Greenland. We got into two of our three ports, and were lucky to do so. There is often fog, high sea winds, and ice in the bay. If you choose this cruise, please don't think about going in July. Mid to late August is best! The 3 ships prior to our mid-August cruise went to the Greenland ports and couldn't get in due to ice in the bay. Also, due to missed ports, we had 3 sea days in a row. If this is not your thing, don't go on this cruise
Recommended: Yes
When you visit Greenland, take the time to get some Danish Kroner before you go. Most places will accept credit cards, but you'll be charged at a very bad exchange rate.

Spectacular Solar Eclipse Cruise
April
Pros: Viewing a total solar eclipse, traveling through the Panama Canal, Zip Line excursion
Cons: none
Recommended: Yes
Our cabin was on deck 11 B531. Our steward, Andrew was phenomenal with assisting us with answers to questions we had about the ship and amenities. Our room service provider, Edward 10, ensured we had our coffee delivered on time, and it was hot, which was much appreciated.

Panama Canal Cruise
April
Pros: Staff and Dining exceptional. Most ports have good excursions. Express baggage right to airport a definite plus!
Cons: Very loud music in the atrium. Have complained every cruise. Cannot talk in lounges near atrium. Why is it so doggone loud? Blasts the eardrums and not enjoyable.
Recommended: Yes
Wish some tours didn't focus on shopping so much. Panama stellar experience. Eclipse wonderful addition. Did not think entertainment quite as good as in past cruises but still enjoyable.

Go for the food!
April
Pros: Great food, great service, friendly crew. Buffet remodeling was well done and needed.
Cons: Staterooms showing a lot of wear and tear now
Recommended: Yes
Just returned from a 15-day Panama Canal/Total Eclipse cruise. Ship was FULL but didn’t feel overly crowded. Ate every dinner in the Michelangelo Dining Room and didn’t have a single disappointing meal! This is better than our typical MDR experience on other ships. Enjoyed the enrichment speakers who shared fun facts about the Panama Canal and the amazing total eclipse. The captain did a fantastic job of positioning the ship for best viewing of the eclipse. Passenger vibe was the be most positive/upbeat we’ve ever seen. Everyone’s gratitude for being able to view the rare event from the convenience of a cruise ship was palpable. Had an ocean view room on Plaza Deck 5 and loved the convenient location. Excursions were all wonderful. Overall, one of our favorite cruises ever.
